Job Role
Geography :
Responsible for Sales to Mining customers in South Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu teritorry.
Product Range :
• 30 ton to 52 Ton class machines to all customers of the assigned teritorry.
• Wheel Loader - 5 ton class and above as per availability.
• Large Class eXcvators on case to case basis - 85 Ton and 120 Ton class, imported from Korea.
Training & Product Support Management :
• Train the Dealer team about large class machines and directly monitor the health of prospect pipeline.
• Coordinate with Service team and spare parts team to support customers.
• Single point of contact for mining customers.
Product Promotion :
• Customer site Management for training to key people, offering customized service & parts solution , fleet management.
• Build Relationship with site team to esure repeat business.
• Organize demonstration , customer meets , financier meet to promote business to key customers.
